As Osmose's first CIO, Chuck is responsible for Osmose’s enterprise infrastructure, end user computing, mobile field devices and services, and customer data delivery services. Develops enterprise technology strategy, promotes internal and external strategic IT policy and compliance relationships, and promotes enterprise governance and technology alignment across the company. Responsible for developing custom mobile hardware and software platforms for collecting and delivering data related to the US utility infrastructure. Currently focused on rationalizing and integrating all enterprise technology platforms for financial, human resources, operations, sales, and customer delivery organizations. Prior to Osmose, Chuck held CIO roles with M*Modal and Martin Marietta Materials.
Osmose provides professional grade inspection, maintenance, life extension and rehabilitation services designed to help build resiliency into T&D infrastructure. Osmose proudly serves utilities as they manage aging infrastructure and build tomorrow’s intelligent utility.
